At Morocco Desert Safari, we believe every journey should begin with trust and peace of mind. We are a small local family agency, and we do everything with transparency, kindness, and respect. Our goal is to make your planning easy, stress free, and fully understood from the very beginning.

Below, we share our payment policy in a soft and simple way, so you know exactly how things work before your adventure starts. No confusion, no pressure just clear information and warm support from our Berber family to you.

 Booking – Deposit

To confirm your tour, we kindly ask for a small deposit of 20–30%. This simple step allows us to prepare everything for you with love and care your driver, your 4×4, your desert camp, your hotels, and all the services made especially for your trip.

Once we receive your deposit, your booking is fully confirmed, and your dates are safely reserved for you. From that moment, you can relax and look forward to your journey, knowing that everything is prepared and waiting for you in Morocco.

Paying the Remaining Balance

The remaining 70- 80% of your payment can be made in the way that feels most comfortable for you.

You can choose to pay before your arrival, by bank transfer or secure online payment.
(Please note: payments through PayPal include a small 5% PayPal fee added by the platform.)

Or, if we agree in advance, you can pay the rest on the first day of your tour directly to your driver, in cash MAD, EUR, or USD are all accepted.

We keep things flexible and simple so you can choose the option that works best for you. Our goal is to make everything easy, clear, and stress free before your adventure begins.

Prices & Currency

All our prices are shown in Euros (€), but we are happy to accept the same value in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD), US Dollars (USD), or British Pounds (GBP).
We simply use the official daily exchange rate, so you always pay the fair and correct amount.
We keep everything clear and simple, so you can choose the currency that feels easiest and most comfortable for you.

Cancellations & Refunds

We know that plans can change, and sometimes life brings surprises. We always try to be kind and understanding.

More than 15 days before your tour:
Your deposit is non refundable, but we happily keep it as credit for 12 months, so you can use it for another date when the time feels right.

Less than 15 days before your tour:
The full amount becomes non-refundable because we have already reserved your driver, camp, hotel, and all services prepared especially for you.

If something unexpected happens or you have a personal emergency, please speak with us.
We are human, and we will always do our best to help you with care and understanding.

Secure & Honest Payments

Your trust means a lot to us, and we take it seriously.
All online payments are processed through secure and encrypted systems, so your information stays safe at every step. We never store your card details, and we never add hidden or surprise fees everything is clear from the beginning.

Tour Changes , Flexibility

We understand that plans can change, and if you need to adjust your tour dates or itinerary, just let us know. We will always do our best to help you, as long as we have availability, and small changes are usually free.

If we ever need to make a change from our side because of weather, road conditions, or safety we will inform you immediately and offer the best possible solution. Your comfort and safety always come first, and we handle everything with care, honesty, and respect.

Travel Insurance

We gently recommend that you have travel insurance that covers cancellations, delays, and any medical needs. It’s a simple way to keep your trip peaceful and stress free, so you can enjoy the Sahara with a calm heart, knowing you are fully protected.
