How long is the drive to the Sahara Desert?
It depends on your starting point:
From Marrakech: 8–9 hours with many stops
From Fes: around 7 hours through beautiful mountains

We always stop often for photos, food, rest, and sightseeing to make the trip easy and enjoyable.
Can I start my tour in one city and finish in another?
Many travelers choose to start in Marrakech and finish in Fes, or start in Casablanca and finish in Marrakech.

Yes, the camel ride is included in all our Merzouga desert tours. You ride during sunset or sunrise, guided by a local camel handler. If you prefer not to ride a camel, we can arrange a 4×4 transfer to the camp.
