After breakfast, we take our time exploring the valley before continuing our journey toward one of Morocco’s most breathtaking natural wonders the Todgha Gorge.

As we enter the gorge, you will feel the cool air between the tall cliffs rising on both sides. A small river flows gently through the canyon, creating a peaceful and refreshing atmosphere. We walk together through this magical place, stop for photos, and enjoy a quiet moment in nature’s arms. It’s the kind of place where you breathe a little deeper and forget about time.

By the afternoon, the scenery begins to change. The mountains fade, the horizon opens, and step by step we get closer to the Merzouga Desert, home of the golden Erg Chebbi dunes. When the first sand dunes appear, you feel the magic of the Sahara calling you.

When we arrive in Merzouga, your camels will be waiting for you. Together, we begin a gentle sunset camel ride across the soft dunes. The light becomes warm and golden, the sand glows beneath your feet, and the silence of the desert surrounds you. It’s a moment of peace, beauty, and emotion one you will carry in your heart forever.

When we reach your desert camp, our Berber team greets you with warm smiles and mint tea. After settling into your private tent traditional or luxury, depending on your choice we serve you a delicious Moroccan dinner. As night falls, we gather around the campfire for soft Berber music, drumming, and stories, under a sky full of shining stars.

Today is a special day a day to truly feel the Sahara, discover its hidden corners, and meet the people who keep its traditions alive. After breakfast, we meet you at your luxury camp and begin our gentle 4×4 desert discovery tour around the soft golden dunes of Erg Chebbi.

As we drive deeper into the desert, you’ll notice how each landscape has its own character and story. The dunes, the stones, the silence… everything carries a piece of Sahara life.

Our first cultural stop is the friendly village of Khamlia, where local musicians welcome you with warm smiles and the deep rhythm of Gnawa music. These songs are full of history, heart, and African Berber spirit. You sit with the musicians, enjoy the performance, and feel the soul of the desert in every beat.

Next, we continue toward the black desert, a quiet area covered with volcanic stones and wide open space. The contrast between the dark stones and the golden dunes is beautiful and powerful a perfect place for photos and moments of reflection.

As we continue our exploration, we stop at several panoramic viewpoints, where you can step out of the 4×4 and simply look around. The dunes stretch endlessly, the air is clean and quiet, and the Sahara shows its true peaceful nature. These quiet moments often become the most memorable of the day.

One of the most touching parts of our tour is visiting a nomad family living in traditional handmade tents. We sit with them, share mint tea, and listen to their stories. Their way of life is simple, warm, and full of respect for nature. You see how they care for each other, how they smile, and how they welcome strangers like old friends. It is a beautiful and humble experience.

We also take you to explore fossil areas and old caravan routes, where merchants once traveled across the Sahara with goods, camels, and stories. You will learn about the ancient sea that once covered this land and the history hidden beneath the sand.

By the afternoon, we return to Merzouga, where you can relax in your hotel, take a warm shower, enjoy the calm atmosphere, and watch the colors change on the dunes as evening arrives.

After breakfast, we begin our calm journey north toward Fes, leaving the golden dunes of Merzouga behind but carrying their quiet beauty in our hearts. As we drive, the landscapes slowly change, and the road leads us into the peaceful and green Ziz Valley a long ribbon of palm trees, riverbeds, and small Berber villages surrounded by mountains. It’s a soft and refreshing contrast to the sandy Sahara, and we make stops so you can enjoy the views and take photos.

We then continue toward Midelt, a mountain town known for its clean air, apple farms, and beautiful Middle Atlas scenery. Here, you can enjoy a relaxing lunch and take a moment to stretch, breathe, and appreciate the cooler climate of the mountains.

Our next stop brings us into the quiet cedar forests near Azrou, one of the most beautiful natural areas in Morocco. If we’re lucky, we may meet the friendly Barbary monkeys, who often play in the trees and are happy to greet visitors. It’s a soft moment that brings a smile to everyone.

By the late afternoon or early evening, we arrive in Fes, one of Morocco’s oldest, richest, and most spiritual cities. Its energy feels different from the desert full of history, stories, and ancient traditions.

We drop you off at your hotel or riad in Fes, ending our journey together.
