This 4-day adventure from Marrakech to Fes takes you on a mesmerizing journey through Morocco’s most iconic landscapes and cultural treasures. You’ll marvel at the towering cliffs of Todgha Gorge before venturing into the golden dunes of Merzouga for a camel trek and a magical night in a desert camp under the stars. The Sahara experience continues with encounters with nomadic families, fossil-rich oases, and the rhythmic sounds of Gnawa music in Khamlia. The final stretch leads through Erfoud, Midelt, the cedar forests of Azrou, and the alpine town of Ifrane, before arriving in Fes—leaving you with unforgettable memories of Morocco’s desert, mountains, and culture.
DAY 1 :MARRAKECH – HIGH ATLAS –OUARZAZATE – DADES VALLEY
Our journey will commence by picking you up at 08;00 am from your hotel and then we set off to Ouarzazat .we will be passing by the Tizi n Tichka path and berber villages .our road is filled with magical landscapes of high mountains , after that we will explore Ait benhaddou a Unesco world heritage site in which multiple movies were shot .late afternoon we will be passing by the palm groves of Skoura and the “one thousand Kasbahs” road , where the magic and mystery of the 17th century lays in .our arrival will be at the Dades valley , where there will be supper rooms to sleep in .
DAY 2 :DADES VALLEY – TODGHA GORGE – MERZOUGA DESERT
Today we’ll be heading On our way you will be struck by the beauty of Todgha gorges also known as the grand canyon’s of Morocco , you will surely have the chance to roam and wander in this magical and mysterious landscape , even have a one delicious lunch with your beloved ones or one . we’ll be driving till Merzouga , the gateway of Sahara , once you’re there you’ll be carried by camels for almost 2 hours towards the nomad camp where we will be spending the night in , swaying and dining under the rhythm of Berber music .
DAY 3 :ERG CHEBBI – DESERT NOMADS – RISSANI – KHAMLIA
This day will only revolve around sahara early in the morning we’ll make sure to enjoy a tremendously wonderful sunset , take a walk over vast waves of sand dunes , breakfast will served at time , and then we set off to Tissardmine Oasis full of fossils excavations .
We will meet some welcoming nomad families that will share with us their secrets of surviving in Sahara , their stories with wild animals , fear not , your well safe with our team ! we go around Khamlia famous for its soulful gnawa music , as night falls we’ll drive to your camp .
DAY 4 :MERZOUGA – ERFOUD – MIDELT – AZROU – IFRANE- FES
After having breakfast we’ll be driving back to Fes , we’ll surely pass by the Tafilalt palm grove , thousands of tall green palm trees are greeting you from your window , quick stops in both Erfoud and Midelt .lunch is in Azrou , then we go to take pictures with apes and monkeys in the Cedar forest . Then on to the Switzerland of Morocco , if you’re lucky enough you’ll be able to see snowy roads of Ifran .in the evening we’ll be found in Fes and that’s when we bade each other farewells .
