Day 1: Errachidia - Ziz Valley - Merzouga Desert - Camel Ride & Overnight Camp
Your journey with Morocco Desert Safari begins the moment we meet you at Errachidia Airport( Moulay Ali cherfe airport ) or at your hotel. From the first hello, our driver makes sure you feel welcomed, comfortable, and excited for the adventure ahead.
We start our drive through the stunning Ziz Valley, one of the largest and most beautiful palm valleys in all of Morocco. As we pass green oases, small villages, and wide open landscapes, you will start to feel the spirit of the Sahara getting closer with every kilometer.
When we arrive in Merzouga around midday, you will have time to relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the desert. When we get to our Hotel in Merzouga, we invite you to sit with us for a cup of fresh mint tea, breathe the clean desert air, or take a gentle walk near the golden dunes.
Later in the afternoon, your sunset camel ride begins. Together, we guide you across the soft sands as the sky slowly changes into beautiful shades of orange and red. Our camel man will choose the best spot in the Erg Chebbi dunes to enjoy an amazing sunset. It’s a quiet, magical moment that we want you to remember forever

Day 2: Sunrise in the Dunes - Merzouga Village -Rissani - Errachidia
We recommend waking up early so you can enjoy a peaceful sunrise from the top of the dunes, a soft, golden moment that many travelers say is the best part of their whole trip. After breakfast in the camp, you can ride the camels back across the morning dunes, or choose a 4×4 transfer if you prefer more comfort.
Once we reach Merzouga village, we start our journey back toward Errachidia, but with beautiful local stops along the way
We visit the old traditional market of Rissani, famous for spices, dates, donkeys, crafts, and the real Berber desert life. Then we stop in Erfoud, known for its fossil factories. Here, you can see how local artisans cut and polish millions of year-old fossils, a unique part of the Sahara’s history.
Throughout the drive, we stop for photos and views so you can enjoy the landscapes at your own pace. As our drive will stop at any spot you like for pictures
